The Mustard / Edible Oil Six Head Filling Line is a fully automatic, servo-driven packaging solution designed for precise and hygienic filling of edible oils into PET, HDPE, or tin containers. This high-speed filling system integrates a servo motor-controlled filler, automatic capping unit, and front & back sticker labeling machine, offering a complete inline packaging solution. With its accurate dosing and clean filling operation, the system significantly reduces oil spillage, product loss, and manual labor.
This servo-based edible oil filling line operates on advanced volumetric filling principles using flowmeters or piston control with six synchronized filling heads for high throughput. It supports variable fill volumes, typically from 500 ml to 5 liters, and offers an output capacity of up to 40–60 bottles per minute, depending on the product and bottle size. The system is perfect for medium to large-scale edible oil manufacturers seeking consistent performance and speed.
