The operation of the Automatic ROPP Capping Machine begins with filled 180ml flat plastic liquor bottles entering the conveyor system. The bottles are automatically guided and positioned under the capping head using a star wheel or indexing mechanism. Aluminum caps are fed automatically through a cap feeding system (vibratory bowl or chute type) and placed precisely over the bottle neck.
